See a session before you start one

A minute and a half of the real app — the coach naming a movement, showing it, and counting with you.

Every screen in the video is the app itself. Nothing is a mock-up.

Why Cuyar

  • Made to keep you moving.

Every session supports your mobility, balance and strength — short, low-impact, and built around how you feel today.

  • Gentle and forgiving — a missed day is never a problem.

Nothing is taken away when you rest. Come back after a week and Cuyar simply says welcome back. And if a session felt hard, it offers you something gentler next time.

  • A warm coach's voice guides every step.

Choose a coach and they talk you through the whole session out loud — in English or in real, natural Spanish — so you are not squinting at a small screen while you move.

  • Made for the phone — large type, big buttons, works offline.

Large text and buttons you cannot miss. Once a session has loaded, it keeps working even without a signal.

Setting it up for a parent?

It takes two minutes: pick a language, pick a coach, and hand them the phone. Cuyar remembers their language, their coach and where they left off, so there is nothing for them to set up again.

How it works

  1. An open notebook with a pencil and a small green sprig resting on it.

Choose a coach and a language

English or Spanish, and a voice that feels like good company. You can change either one at any time.

  2. An older woman rising slowly from a wooden chair, one hand on the seat.

Start a gentle session, seated or standing

Sessions run from a few minutes upward. If standing is not for you today, everything works from a chair.

  3. A cup of tea beside a small sun and a sprig of leaves — a quiet morning.

Cuyar remembers where you left off

Your coach, preferences and completed sessions stay on this device. Optional account backup lets you save progress across devices after you give permission.

Where the name comes from

Cuyar comes from the Quechua cuyana — “to love” — and it echoes the Spanish cuidar, “to care for”.

Cuidar a los que nos cuidaron.

Caring for those who cared for us.
